Opened 8/19 Did a blind test of a new Elijah Craig bottle, single barrel 10 year and and old bottle design NAS. Overall the flavor profile was very similar in all bottles. I really could have differentiate between new bottle and single barrel. The old bottle design from 3 years ago was noticeably darker compared to the new bottles and had slightly more complexity. Overall, Elijah Craig is a great value and it’s enjoyable neat or in a cocktail.
