This is not a scotch if you're expecting single malt smells and tastes. The nose is vanilla custard with a bit of honey and toasted coconut. The taste is similar to me, honey sweet, with extra creamy vanilla custard. Finish it's fairly short with some barrel spice and vanilla lingering.
Thinking outside the box, being grain and not malt, it has allot of bourbon notes without heavy new charred barrel influence, like if bourbon was put in used barrels.
