Palate (5): orchard fruit basket, dark plums, red apples, carmel over vanilla nougat. So juicy and vibrant it is like "fresh squeezed." Finish (5) : Hint of fresh squeezed pear juice followed by a spicy cinnamon finish. The Juicy Fruit gum on the nose then lingers for a long after effect. Overall: This is a bourbon that reminds me of why I like bourbon! So well balanced, so many good flavors together in cohesion. It is easy to drink, easy to like, and at 59.99 a no brainer.
