Single Grain — Highlands, Scotland

This is quite an interesting single grain whiskey. Tootsie roll, fudge, nilla wafers, some spice, fruit and floral notes on the nose, light and creamy palate with some fruit, honey and pepper, the finish is medium length with some intense spice at first fading to a pleasant hint of chocolate.
