Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed
September 12, 2019
Nose: sweet with notes of vanilla, maple, corn, and spice even with the higher proof not presence of ethanol
Palate: rich vanilla, oak and spice that coats your entire tongue
Finish: spicy and slightly sweet that is long and gave me my first “Kentucky Hug”
High proof but would be a really good sipper.
