This is my absolutely most favorite bourbon. If I was stuck on a desert island, this would be the one I had cases upon cases of! It is heavy, but not too heavy. It has very strong caramel, toffee, cinnamon, and oak flavors, but not enough it will shock you. Just one step below that! It’s a long most feel, but not so long you are still tasting it when you want another sip. To me, this is perfect! For you cigar smokers out there, this pairs nicely with a medium to full body cigar. The flavours do not diminish, nor do they override your stick. Pricey - but to me - worth it! Some think it’s an unnecessary middle step between knob and bookers. To me - this one makes THEM irrelevant. Almost.
