Jameson Irish Whiskey
Blended — Ireland

First Irish whiskey, clearly the most widely available and famous one. But also a ground level, whiskey. Nothing here drew my attention. The flavors were not my cup of tea. Very sweet, but more tart and bitter.
Nose: a not inviting sugar. Grassy
Palate: same first note as the smell. A awkward sweetness that was almost bitter in a weird fruity way. Honey was present with cut grass, is a weird note I picked up.
Finish: to be honest kind of felt like rotting cut grass on the way down. Did have a soft spice finish that was nice on the swallow.
