Nose: Light, apples and plums rising out of glass, vanilla, nutmeg, bit of toffee underneath.
Palate: Pepper, salt caramel and apple juice, later a little bread, and ginseng.
Finish: Juicy oak emerges over pepper. Brief effervescence

Im with you on tasting notes....This is decent enough but I still find Irish lacking compared to other whiskies
Great review. I didn’t pick up the apple juice until I read it and now it’s unmistakable.
