Nose of honey and stonefruit, strong whiff of ham that rapidly dissipates. Smoke. Honey, cake and smoke on palate, with oranges emerging soon after. Chocolatey peat develops as dram sits. Slips down throat with great blast of smoke and medicinal, with faint aftertaste of fruity tea

Nose: Fresh and flowery over sour apple, luxurious spice creeps forward, beery notes and grain emerge Palate: Caramel and dusty spice, flowers, fruity acidity emerges, faint chocolate notes Finish: Dry woodiness freshened with hops, short but refreshing.

Nose: Strong banana and coconut shading to oak, tea and apple. Palate: Honey, caramel, menthol and banana, rising oak, pepper fades in at end. Finish: Drying wood with faint honey lingering on top.

Nose: Peaches and apple, hint of spice and freshly baked bread, faint whiff of glue. Caramel and vanilla emerge later. Palate: More peaches, a bit of fig, more caramel. Baking spice, producing pie like flavour. Still hint of glue. Finish: Light fruit over lasting bitter woodspice, like tea.

Sulphurous smoke and sandalwood on nose. Sweetened tea on the palate, which is slowly.overtaken by more smoke as the liquid sits on tongue. On the finish, the smoke lingers, followed by sulphur and more wood.

Sweet and brightly fruity on the nose, apples, pears, apricots, hints of baking spice underneath. Fruit jam and caramel on palate, contrasting spice creeping in below' both eventually blending harmoniously. Spice, fruit, and eventually sweet bread on finish. Good but would be better cask strength.

Nose: Brief hit of baked goods on first whiff. Cream, vanilla, faint acetone, cherry sweets. Palate: Oak and vanilla, baked cherries, fading into pepperiness and savory bread. Finish. Bread predominates. Still a hint of acetone.

Nose: Light, apples and plums rising out of glass, vanilla, nutmeg, bit of toffee underneath. Palate: Pepper, salt caramel and apple juice, later a little bread, and ginseng. Finish: Juicy oak emerges over pepper. Brief effervescence

Nose: Banana and apples at first, then deep honey and figs, with faint baking spices. Palate: Dried fruit, figs, and apples., woodiness creeps in slowly, then expands into strong coffee with a drop of cream on the tongue. Finish: Wood expands back out of the coffee for a moment, followed by faint fruity esters.

Hearty whiff of smoke and frying ham, barely hiding rich, sweet dried fruit. Smoke and charred wood, dried fruit and dark chocolate shading into maltiness before the smoke reappears with iodine. Pepper emerges with the smoke on the finish.
