ATTENTION: If you ever listen to anyone and their kooky ways of doing thing do this. Open bottle, smell it, pour a taste, put the cork back in, put the bottle back in the tube and put the lid on it. Carry it somewhere cool and dark and place it there. Set a reminder on your calendar for 2 months and forget that it ever existed. Do Not let bottle get shaken up to much as the flavors settle the last pour of the bottle will be better than popping 2 viagra for e.d. I only know this because I did this in accident trying to savor it because I didnt know where my next bottle may come from. I hid it from myself to well. So after finishing that bottle and the last pour being the best bourbon I have had in my life was beyond disappointed when I opened my next bottle and it was no where near as amazing so I let it sit again and came back about a month and a half later and it was awesome. I know it's a long time to invest waiting for something you want now but it changes so much for the better by letting oxygen hit it and resting that you are cheating yourself by not trying it at least once.
