A tea spoon of water is too much for this soft whiskey. Just a couple drops is enough. Undiluted you get wood spice and cinnamon vanilla notes. Letting water do it's work transforms this whiskey. Lightly honeyed notes, with a confectionary/ vanilla glaze aroma with light fruit from the sherry influence. Finish is mild but smooth. For the price this whiskey is exceptional.
