Loads of caramel, vanilla, and oak. This is a definite oak bomb. Thick heavy mouthfeel. A bit bitter on the finish because of this, but also has some nougat. Tastes kinda like licking the inside of a barrel. I like it but not in love. It’s complex just maybe not my flavor, at least not for the standard bottle price. Edit: with a touch of water more complex cherry and dusty notes come out. With more water this is becoming more my speed. Complex notes that I can’t even pick out are emerging.
