Tasted neat, in a Glencairn. The nose is sweet, dark fruit. The mouthfeel is pleasantly thick, as are the legs. The taste is more sherry and cognac than bourbon. Very nice sipping whiskey that may be a bit overpriced. This one doesn’t age well. After being open for a while, the heat of young 100 Proof bourbon begins to dominate the flavor profile
