If your expecting a straight whiskey finished your right. If you're expecting this to taste like whiskey you're wrong. To be blunt this is great as finished whiskey, but far from good straight whiskey. A great whiskey full of dark fruits and a light nuttiness. Great for a Manhattan or someone looking to drink something heavily finished. I sub this for vermouth in Manhattans and have blended it with their rum finish to make a great cocktail.
