Nov 2019. Clear pale gold. Medium small tulip. Aromatic light syrup, sweet light banana, woody vanilla, golden daylily green tea and some chrismas cake in nose. Light body sweet spicy, smooth cedar floor and some toffee in the palate. Good balance smooth and straight finish. Typical Irish.
