To be honest I had this in an old fashioned not straight. But what I wanted to share is how smooth this whiskey is. The old fashioned was so smooth from top to bottom. Typically for me with other whiskeys the old fashioned starts with a light bite then graduates to being smooth as the ice drops the proof. Solid whiskey!
