Nose: Vanilla, light oak, touch of apricot. Pudding. Yellow cake. Touch of maple.
Palate: thin. Flavors evolve over first few seconds. Malty, vanilla pudding/ice cream. Very little sherry influence.
Then fruits, hints of apricot and mango.
Finish: hot and medium/long. More vanilla pudding.
