It needs to breathe! Put it in your glass and let it mellow for half an hour before touching it. It’s sharp and not near as smooth as the original. Def has the choco and roasted notes of a stout. Good experiment - but I don’t think I’ll be buying a bottle when this one is done. Stick to the original.
