This review is on the Australian Shiraz Cask 11 Year ... Sweet and smokey on the nose with a long lasting oak and very strong peat taste throughout ... The best Campbeltown I have by far - highly recommend if you can find

I have tasted four different versions of this Longrow Red: a 12-year old Pinot Noir finish and three 11-year old red wine barrel finishes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Australian Shiraz, and Port. Read the labels carefully because they all have an almost identical design. Not that they all differe that much. I prefer the Shiraz...it is slightly more mellow and woody than the other three. But you can't go wrong with any of them. All balance the distinctive Longrow light peat and smoke with a fruity and slightly sweet and floral tang. All highly recommended
