I was dissatisfied at first with this one and tried several small neck pours. It felt tight and gave some awesome spice but I couldn’t pull much for a palate. After giving it some time.... it’s fantastic! Chocolate covered cherries and caramel sundae on the nose. Palate is quintessential with caramel and vanilla leading the way. Some spearmint, pepper and cinnamon spike before the finish shows off some vanilla, chocolate and barrel char. I’m sucker for Four Roses but this one is hard to beat for my palate.
