There is wonderful depth of flavor--corn sweetness with a molasses note, rye spice, oak, cooked dried fruit, ---yum! At 100 proof it finishes a little hot as others have said before me. But, like a fine Scotch, a few drops of water opens the flavors even more and eases that heat. Thank you to those who reviewed before me to clue me in to this fine value.
