Thick with prunes and raisins on the nose, there's some butter and apricot too, creamy and viscous on the palate with butter, oak and some indeterminant spices, the finish is long and pleasant with oak tannins, butter and a hint of the stone fruits.

@jdriip Quite a deal. I didn’t know Trader Joe sold spirits that named the distillery.
@Richard-ModernDrinking@Richard I found it at Trader Joe's near the San Diego State University campus. I have not seen it elsewhere yet. It was very reasonably priced for an 18yo single malt too, about $60 if I remember correctly.
