1st sips from a new bottle. Very mellow, smooth, Maple syrup, vanilla, toasted nuts, spices. Smokey, ripe fruit, chocolate, creamy vanilla, spices with sweet candied notes of tangerine. Last sips from the same bottle. Getting more of a light honey, very low proof and low on flavor density. Still getting some of that ripe fruit but I am now defining it as more of a blueberry. I'm also getting a bit of vanilla cream with honey on top. So I'm imagining a bowl of fresh blueberries and gala apple, covered in honey and vanilla cream with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
