High West High Country American Single Malt
American Single Malt — Utah, USA

Vanilla, honey, dust, life cereal, and a hint of peat smoke on the nose. Palate is dried fruit, peat, earth, caramel, and grain. Reminds me of highland Park 12, but more...American? Very interesting stuff.

@amspratt thanks for the info. I love High West, and I can’t wait to try their single malt.
@WhiskeyLonghorn I live in Utah, so it was just a 40 minute drive to the distillery. I took the tour and had a flight of 7 whiskeys. I highly recommend it if you ever find yourself in the neighborhood.
I’m jealous you got to try this! Did you visit the distillery in Utah? It’s not slated for national distribution for some time.
