I’m 51 years old and this is my first taste of gin. It’s like Vladimir Putin had a love child with a Disney princess. It’s made with 6 botanicals: Fairmont (hotel) Empress blend tea, juniper, grapefruit peel, coriander seed, rose petal, butterfly pea blossom (which gives its indigo color), ginger root, and cinnamon bark. Addition of citrus or tonic changes it’s color through a spectrum from blue to pink. Very delicate and tasty!!!
