Despite my rating I find this whiskey to be pretty tasty. However, due to the price (especially ordering at a bar), I cannot justify it's purchase unless it were a gift or you were not intending to make this a daily dram. To me the flavor comes in strong and identifiable, and the burn is rather mitigated considering it's age. There is a lacking finish, but I guess this is to be expected.
