Finish starts with cereal grains, honey, and strawberry - think Cheerios with sugar and fruit. Things evolve into beautiful toasted grain, baking spices, and barrel bitter character. Slowly the base sweetness and fruit lift away and there's this interesting charred oak, cream cheese frosting, vanilla, leather, cocoa thing left behind.
