Update: My girlfriend tried this in a lineup with 3 other bourbons. This one was her favorite. She loved the floral notes too. Extra points for uniqueness. The nose is spicy with deep, ripe fruit notes. There’s some herbal notes there too. The taste is different than most bourbons I’ve had. A hint of sweetness on the initial taste is replaced by long floral notes with some deep wood and cherry notes. The finish reminds me of dark chocolate covered black cherries. This is yummy stuff!
