Inviting nose of caramel and red fruit, with a little salinity. Palate follows with a little unpleasant bitterness on the finish. This bitterness is greatly tamed though with ice. Overall I really enjoy the flavor of this, although it’s pretty simple. Awesome in a penicillin.
