Nose - honey, grape, brine, champagne gummy bears, green apple, honeysuckle, white wine, slight peat must (but not smoke), no ethanol burn.
Taste - honey, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, briny sea salt, very mild smoke (more of a remembrance of peat), sweet and salty nut bars, butter, creme brûlée, no ethanol burn, finishing delicate and sweet.
