Nose: Fudge, Apples, Cherries.Nuts and grains behind. High notes of strawberries in cream.
Palate: the most prominent notes are actually bitter and spicy. Starts with walnuts morphs into coffee and surprisingly becomes a sweet and spicy butterscotch.
Lovely oily texture. A bit astringent.
