Bright orange, sweet but light and fragrant dominates this rum. There’s vanilla, caramel and honey in here too. A splash of this in a margarita (vs the usual triple sec, Grand Marnier etc) could be interesting. Sips nice on its own, or a little splash in another less interesting rum to make an on the fly sipper might work too.
