You get acetone, lemon zest and a little bit of vanilla. Tart is the key word here. In the end there's some oak and the finish doesn't last very long. This is a decent Irish whiskey to drink every day. This tastes somewhat like the Glenfiddich 12 but 80% of the taste dialed down.
