Aromas of smoke and brine, similar to talisker 10. With a few drops of water, the smoke takes a back seat to notes of vanilla and sugar. On first sip, more peat fills your mouth, but tastes of baked goods and sweetness similar to that of a Sherry finished scotch. More smoke as it finishes.
