On the nose, I get heavy pest and smoke. Kind of reminds me of a barn to be honest. Maybe an underlying sweet. On the mouth, sooty smoke, but in a good way. Soft on the tongue, but spice catches up. I get a lot of grain taste. I’m thinking the way a match smells after it is blown out. Smoke just lingers in your mouth. A definite experience.
