First time I have ever sipped a rum, I will do my best on the tasting notes. Nose is ethanol, brown sugar, and tropical fruit. Taste is fairly dry and astringent, a little spice, and more fruitiness. Finish is short but has some fruity sour and a bit of brown sugar.
