The nose whiskey is light but complex. It features notes of vanilla and burnt sugar. It finishes with just the barest hint of cask wood. On the tongue it is far spicier than the nose would suggest. There is a dark fruitiness to the drink reminiscent of oranges and chocolate. It vanilla rises in the finish. Definitely need to chew this whiskey for the full flavor profile.
