This is a fairly interesting liquid. Jim Beam Honey is a sweet flavored bourbon and in my opinion, would be better if it were a bit less sweet. Neat it is almost syrupy sweet with honey and corn syrup but over ice, it smooths out so much. However, if you put it on vanilla ice cream ( with or without pie) and it becomes an outstanding addition to dessert. I do like it overall but as a stand-alone drink, it is too sweet for my tastes.
