Apple, pears and a little musty note on the nose. Sweet round palate. A hint of spice on the medium finish.

your mention of musty and pear so close just made me realize why I don't enjoy glen12 much*... The musk is very like a well I drank from for a few years as a kid... True pear tree, not ornamental, RIGHT over it that never made terribly good fruit (mustve been the well spot now that I'm old enough to induct my way there)... *its good, to be fair, but I truly dont like it and that's weird considering my usual spirits. the plum tree on the other side of our acre was so spectacular, so there was that.
