Nose is strong vanilla, caramel, and cherry daring you to nose it one more time before your first sip. Pallet is a hot cinnamon and caramel blend waking the senses. In the finish cinnamon soaks into your mouth and lingers allowing a memory of what you just experienced then a hint of smoke becomes present just at the tail end. This being a BIB it is going to be strong. Thankfully it isn't too overbearing.
