Nose is quite juniper driven with some peppery scent, a bit of floral notes Palate is very spicy - chilli hot both on tongue and throat. After swallowing it turns back to more like pepper and also some floral finish. When drunk together with tonic, the chilli hot is gone and is much more approachable with some citrus sweetness and floral notes, still a bit peppery. Overall it is quite an interesting gin with quite different profiles on straight vs with tonic, a good one to try.
