There's a lot going on here, but it comes together beautifully! Sweet and smokey on the nose, with apple, honey, and floral hints mingling amongst smoked bacon and peat. Velvety and thick in the mouth, with the sweet and smokey flavors following through to the palette, bringing hints of toffee and even a touch of funkiness along for the ride. Everything comes together in a dry, almost acidic finish that lingers and leaves me wanting more. I will be savoring every last drop of this bottle.
