Incredible nose; vanilla & maple syrup with a definite rum influence. So good! Palate is a bit light, however a wave of cinnamon spice envelops the back of the tongue. Quite smooth. Short, pleasant finish. This is a very nice and unique whiskey. Although not an everyday sipper, I could definitely see this becoming one of my go to bottles for special occasions.
