Big ethanol hit on the nose along with baking spices, brown sugar, butter, and toasted marshmallows. The ethanol on the nose is a tad displeasing but I’d say the taste makes up for it and I’d buy it again at the price I paid ($45). Tastes like toasted marshmallows and magic bars (has a definite buttery flavor) with a bunch of brown sugar on the long finish. There’s a tannic slight bitter note that comes off as cocoa nibs, which blends well with the sweetness. Thick, sweet chewy dessert bourbon. Reminds me of a s’more. If you’re looking for a buttery magic bar brown sugar dark chocolate s’more bourbon this one’s for you. It just fucking tastes good!
