Not as strong juniper as Seagrams dry gin, more subtle flavors while managing not to taste like vodka whatsoever. Seems like it would be a great gin for mixing as it wouldn’t make your drink taste like a carbonated pine tree. Long, sharp aftertaste. Somehow slightly spicy. Very minor earl grey tea flavor.
