Initial a very disappointing nose. Grassy, lime, apple and a fairly weak amount of peat Taste: the 56% punch is real. When that passed a bit, the taste is lovely with a fresh fruity palate and floral tones. The peat is much clearer now but not overpowering. It's balanced.
