Cherry dominates the nose with orange blossom citrus and vanilla. On the palate the cherry is much softer with some red delicious apple and plenty of nutmeg and baking spices. Oak tannins give a little too much grip but help to showcase the corn sweetness. A long finish with supple structure leaves me wanting more.
