Gentle lemon, honey, cinnamon, and a bit of apple on the nose. The palate is smooth, adds more cereal notes, vanilla and finishes quickly with a bit of oak and maybe a bit more spice. This is one of the easiest drinking Scotches I have come across. It will not change anyone's mind about Scotch, or ignite a passion to pursue Scotch, but it is also well balanced and crazy affordable. I am sure I'll buy another bottle one day.
