For 55% it’s luscious. Anise, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, mint and honey. A new staple in my collection. I’m glad I finally gave it a try. $36 in Ontario.

@rawalker That does sound really good. Thanks for the recipe! I really enjoy this stuff, but I'm not aware of many cocktails to use it in.
@ContemplativeFox, yes it's very expensive. $41.99 for a 375 ml bottle in BC. However it is certainly delicious and makes for a delicious cocktail that I had in a Seattle hotel and now make for myself not infrequently: -1.5 oz rye whisky -0.75 oz Green Chartreuse -0.75 oz Amaro -Some dashes of Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters Stir with ice and strain into a martini glass.
I didn't know what to expect from this, but I really like it too! What size bottle are you paying $36CAD for? Stateside, I've yet to find it south of $50USD for 750ml
