This is one of the best mixers out there, but it is really expensive and not worth sipping. If you have my taste buds, you like adding a little citrus (particularly orange) to each drink. Well, Cointreau has no particular flavor and does just that. That is what is great for mixing but poor for drinking straight. I'm definitely glad to have it on my shelf, but it is hard to compare with my Scotch collection and other items. At the end of the day though, it just works. Keep in mind that it is a mixer rather that a sipper though.
